Helpdesk / Network Support Techs Wanted:

 

Techs in a Sec is looking for qualified Technicians for multiple locations throughout the US and Canada for a long term contracted project (1099).

 

 

Engineer Level Intermediate: Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to

solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems/projects of moderately complex

scope. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine

appropriate action. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited

project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique

circumstances and makes recommendations.

Years of experience: 3+

 

Support Model Dispatch: ticket based service for Break & Fix / DSS / IMAC / PC Refresh support

Service requirement: Primary Services supported are Voice, LAN, WAN and other network services,

Service for DCO, Stock management, Operations and Technical Support, Software Support, Onsite

Video Conferencing Service, Token Delivery,

 

Desk Side Support: Hardware & Standard Software, Notebooks, Thin Clients including all

components and accessories, as well as local desk side printers, System security updates,

Management of mobile devices, but not limited to Smartphones and PDAs and their associated

ancillary equipment, if any. Asset management and configuration management, Remote Support

 

Install: for Notebooks, Thin Clients, as well as local and network printers, incl. data backups, uninstall

and preparation for disposal

 

Move/Add/ Change: for Notebooks, Thin Clients, as well as local and network printers, incl. data

backups, uninstall and preparation for disposal

 

Break & Fix: excludes spare parts – 3rd party coordination for in warranty – repair & fix for out of

Warranty.
