L2 Desktop Support technicians needed for sites in New York and Washington DC:

You should have the following experience:

  • Ability to support both Windows and Mac OS X
  • Experience supporting clients in enterprise environment
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Windows networking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with following applications preferred:
    • Cisco AnyConnect VPN
    • DUO
    • OKTA
    • Jamf/Casper Suite
    • SCCM
    • ServiceNow


Common tickets or issues reported by clients include:

  • Troubleshooting issues with Outlook profiles (Windows, Mac)
  • Troubleshooting network printers including configuration for scan to email
  • Troubleshooting issues related to BitLocker encryption and Sophos anti-virus
  • General performance issues (Windows, Mac)
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Cisco AnyConnect VPN client
  • Providing loaner equipment and re-imaging machines as needed (Windows, Mac)


The offices located in Washington DC is made up of approximately 70% Mac users so it will be imperative for any technicians located to that office to have experience with providing Mac support in an enterprise environment.
